State of Monterey County
1999 is the second annual comprehensive assessment
of land use, the environment, and infrastructure
for Monterey County. Published by LandWatch
Monterey County, a nonprofit, public benefit
corporation dedicated to promoting better land use
planning, the 1999 report documents the need for
significant land use policy reform.

LandWatch Monterey County wishes to

1999 possible. We express our gratitude to the many
