LandWatch provides substantive feedback on the Draft Housing Element supporting the goal to reduce housing production constraints. The letter also provides direct comments about supporting the recently adopted Downtown Marina Affordable Housing Overlay (AHO), which will create avenues for potential residential development in the short term.
