San Antonio Apartments
King City, though under three square miles in size, is the first main city when entering the Salinas Valley from the south. It sits along Highway 101 and its economy is largely dependent on the agricultural industry. Area residents need affordable quality housing to thrive and a development proposal came forward which provides adequate housing for low income residents.

Project Status
- The Mitigated Negative Declaration was adopted in September 2002.
- The City Council for King City approved the project on July 12, 2011.
