Current Projects in Seaside
The City of Seaside is positioned adjacent to the former Fort Ord and therefore is closely linked with projects and proposals on that land–in addition to its own land. Since the late 1990s, LandWatch has been involved in the land use decisions here.
The City of Seaside is undergoing a comprehensive General Plan update where the vision for the community will be established and new policies written for how the community grows.
